LaunchLayer aims to meet or work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continue to improve the experience over time.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML and clear document structure.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Respect the “reduced motion” setting — animations are minimized or disabled when you ask your device to reduce motion.
- Aim for sufficient color contrast for text and interface elements.
- Provide descriptive labels for interactive controls.
- Include a “skip to content” link for screen-reader and keyboard users.
Known limitations
Some content relies on third-party tools we do not fully control — for example, the embedded booking tool on our Contact page. If you have trouble using it, you can email us instead and we will help directly.
Ongoing improvement
We test and refine the site as it evolves and welcome feedback that helps us identify and fix barriers.
